LYRICS:
“The bed in the first bedroom was unmade […]
It was evident that two people had slept in it.”
(Andrea Camilleri, Un covo di vipere)
“I wish now to review in memory my past wickedness and carnal corruptions of my soul. Not because I still love them, but that I may love Thee, O my God.”
(Saint Augustine, The Confession)
“I am dark, but lovely […]
Let us hurry […]
Take me away with you […]
Let him kiss me […]
For your love is better than wine […]
My beloved is to me a sachet of myrrh, that lies between my breasts.”
(Song Of The Songs)
“I tell you
someone will remember us
in the future.
The moon is set […]
Time passes.
But I sleep alone […]
It’s the middle of the night
I love the sensual
for me this
and love for the sun […]
I desire.”
(Sappho, Fragments)
“I would like to ask you something […]
Do you love your fiancee? […]
Yes […]
So, why do you…?”
(Andrea Camilleri, Un covo di vipere)
